EArc is a higher bandwith connection then Arc could be the difference in sound quality in the M1. I have not found any other HDMI Arc integrated amps that handle eArc or even non PCM sources. All modern Avr's do so. There is no DAC in the M1 so Marantz can color the sound from the source. The only thing that makes me leery about it long term is PSU, maybe in a revision we would get a 10 amp ,52 volt GanFet brick, a remote (for naysayers) and a Champagne color option. Also 200 watts at 4ohms output as well. RCA outputs and Dirac limited included (Perfection)

“..it sounds like a Marantz and that’s not a bad thing !”- what’s that ? M1 is a great amp. Prefer that over my tube amp

Dude! I want to buy this MF B1XI on Wednesday 9/17/25 but NOBODY has any units in stock in the US?

Não percebo o que o M1 tem a ver com o B1xi, em termos de comparação...penso que são dois tipos de amplificadores diferentes entre si.
