It's crazy to me how far out "DFW" goes now. Prosper and Celina would never come up as part of the metroplex. Totally not willing to be that far out LOL.

Watching all your videos very helpful and informative . Really appreciated. We r seniors 63 & 68 looking for a house 250k with less property tax and hoa w/o mud,pid. But in future 5-6 years where you can suggest with accessible highways and appreciation will be better

When I first moved to Little Elm, Celina was a small town with a big soccer field complex we drove forever to every weekend for flag football games. Now that 380 is finished it doesn't take as long to get there, but its still a hike and we're already in a far northern part of the metroplex. All that said they really messed up not making 380 a full freeway, instead of this hybrid freeway crap that still has you sitting through more than half the lights.

I went to Celina because we have a hospital out there the roads are god awful to drive on.

DO NOT MOVE TO CELINA! Commute is brutal and expensive with all the tolls! That’s just for starters. Drive it several weekdays during work hours. You’re not really getting cheaper because you’re spending intangible money on fuel and tolls.
