We were watching this all week, I hope the damage in NJ isn't too severe, the eastern side of CT had almost no impact, just a few trees down from the wind. The tidal surge was about 6" shy of filling our basement in Mystic..

Pretty good, Mr. Mayor.<br><br>Sea Bright, Egg Harbor, and Surf City were among the hardest-hit areas, but the water receded pretty quickly too. That’s quite impressive. Especially considering that you actively and directly rescued and evacuated 67 residents when the flooding first began.<br><br>Not simply telling your residents to evacuate themselves.
