  Lived in Thailand over 30 years. &nbsp;Clean and sober 36 years. &nbsp;Lived in Pattaya 20 yrs.<br>I&apos;ve been to the Sportsman for visa runs and couple sporting events on the flat screen. <br>Started training muay thai at WKO 18 Years ago. Since then trained at gyms around Thailand. <br>Every other day training. After training, &nbsp;massage therapy. Bought truck motorcycles, and condos. <br>Started my own charity in a small amphur south of Buriram 15 years ago. &nbsp;Once per month or 2, drive up <br>with clothes food bicycles cellphones.money.. . ( purchased online second hand or the market) . <br> &nbsp; I don&apos;t mean to be a braggart. Just giving your viewers ideas / suggestions other than going to a bar.<br>I always driving past bars filled with guys with nothing to do in their lives.

  Beer guts, hung over everyday, insufferable company, guys in bars at 10am, the flying club, Pattaya can teach you what not to become.

  bro. straight black coffee is a great and natural pre-workout to get you going in the morning. also, it helps you use the bathroom so you can take a crap early before even leaving the house

  Hardest thing to do here in Pattaya is to make proper friends. Its very easy to make casual and party friends but not so easy to meet good people
