  Reactive Abuse is only recently being recognised and a few women have had their assault and murder sentences commuted. It is still better to move in silence and get away from the problem, than risk the persistent bias of the law.

  You have to put his shit out first THEN change the locks. That way there’s no reason he needs to come back in with a police escort. No matter what, you tell the officer everything he owns is out side already. Everything inside your home belongs to you. Full stop. No other details. If he has an issue at that point. He has to take you to civil court. It’s no longer in the control of police. It’s a civil matter.

  My ex-husband did that to my face with snow icy snow it hurt. I realized then I&apos;m an idiot! That&apos;s not love. That&apos;s not romantic. That&apos;s disgusting. You don&apos;t deserve love if you do that to somebody.

  Women, please. If you discover that they’re cheating then you don’t react immediately. You get the plans in place. Own accounts, own money put by, enough to buy or rent a place far enough away to keep him away from you, and when you’re ready to leave you get the documents ready, including the evidence for a divorce, you move out, change any social media accounts, change passwords, block him on things you don’t want him to have access to and you get away. If you have children you must arrange access at a neutral place. If you already have a car, change it. Make sure that there are no tracking devices. Assume the worst and hope for the best separation only.
