Wow! The chef is so fast! Don't know why but he reminded me of the swedish chef on the Muppets, except this chef's receipes turn out perfect!! Wish I could try EVERYTHING!! His customers are LUCKY!

コック帽と白衣に職人の誇りを感じます😊個人店が作るパンの種類じゃないですよね💦これだけの種類を作り出す作業のスピードはさすがです！すごい！ローゲンマイヤーとルビアンで修行されたとのこと。どちらのパンも好きなのでいつか山崎シェフのお店のパン食べてみたいです(^^)ボリュームのあるパンの陳列、魅力的なサンドやお菓子、何から何までほんとに個人店の域をこえていて感動しました✨
