Shaping and baking bread all by himself starting from 12 midnight... that's dedication and discipline, super admirable. The way he nimbly pinches and kneads the dough is gentle yet decisive, his techniques reflect his years of experience. All of the breads look delicious, the locals are very lucky to have access to such down-to-earth and amazing bakes <3 Thank you for sharing Komugido's story, I hope they sell out everyday and that the owner continues to spread his love for bread for as long as possible!!
