Es de los Chef más agradables, cuidadoso y además bondadoso, ( yo también soy Chef ) y créame, cualquiera que haga sus recetas, al pie de la letra como las indica, en su negocio tendrá éxito..!!! Doctor!! Saludos desde GDL!! Le platico que acábo de hacer éste platillo en casa con mi familia, su receta está de 100!!! Quedo riquísimo, el pescado lo deje en salmuera 10hrs seguí los pasos como los plática y quedo riquísimo todo!!!
