El callo es un manjar . Yo lo traía de Sinaloa a Monterrey cuando viajaba hacia aquellos lugares , pasaba por un lugar qué se llama las Guasimas y en la carretera había gente vendiendo mariscos, también vendían camarón, caracol burro, pulpo y pescado. A precios muy económicos y producto fresco. Saludos Dr.
