Hey guys. Glad to see this project come together. I am a bit surprised you didn’t reach out if you had questions. Hopefully you didn’t separate all the bearing packs. The seals will likely be toast when you separate the unit bearing and that is an expensive bearing pack assembly. That bearing pack was designed to work in IFS applications with a custom Spidertrax series 30 flange. The flange is what holds the bearing pack together. In our case the gear is what is used to preload the assembly. There are no off the shelf wheel flanges that can work with it and Spidertrax only makes that in 6 on 6.5. Wheels are actually really cheap and readily available from racers. If you are racing Baja, 6 on 6.5 is super common. Like some guys have said in the comments. Reach out with questions. We have answers and are happy to share info. Our lead race portal engineer also lives in Hurricane Utah, just down the road from you guys. It would also be good to chat with people in your office. We provided you guys models, an update on the retainers, and models of all this stuff long before you shot this video. We let your office know we have 9 different brake options in April and were waiting on a response to see what route you guys wanted to go. There is no need to figure it out alone and this isn’t a new product. We have been building this for Racers for almost a decade.

The portals come partially assembled. The stub shaft that is " falling" out, isn't bolted in because then you would have to disassemble it. That stub needs to be mounted to the axle flange. Then the portal housing gets mounted over top of it. Then the washers that are probably in one of the boxes get bolted in.

It's awesome to see all the work on Sweet Caroline! Kaulen had quite the concerned look on his face as Matt and Rudy were taking apart the portal!

Didn't Jefe put portals on his Bronco a few years back. Probably a good idea to check them.

Whatever you do, Matt, the best idea is to take apart stuff you don't understand, don't call customer service, and put it back together however you "feel" it should work. 😜

6x6.5 is super common Baja race pattern. You can pick them up of Race Dezert for like $100 a wheel…also you can’t split a unit bearing and press it back together. That thing is probably junked after that😬 I hope you can get that part at the local autozone😂 I’d call the portal company and tell them you might of f’d up

It seems like you guys have to rebuild every fancy part you get. I also noticed Matt having to pull up his pants. He must be doing well on his diet.

Did you open all the boxes? The loose cover screws and the fact that all of them are missing the locking washer makes me think there is a bag of hardware somewhere in one of the boxes with those missing parts.

6 on 6.5 is trophy truck pattern. Many wheel companies make them
