“I’m a private attorney-in-fact”. <br><br>What that means is that she has no idea at all what she’s talking about. Anyone with knows anything about this subject knows that in most states no one can legally represent another person in court unless they are an ACTUAL attorney and member of the state Bar. That made up title means absolutely zip.

Sovereign citizens call themselves an "attorney-in-fact" because they believe it allows them to separate their physical, living self from the government-created corporate identity attached to their legal name. Courts reject this distinction entirely, treating the tactic as ineffective pseudo law. By signing documents in this capacity, they believe they can interact with the legal system, handle their affairs, or show up in court without personally "contracting" or submitting to the government's jurisdiction.
