  There has to be new legislation with consequences for those who use any form of the sovereign citizen platform to befuddle and disrupt court proceedings. The Supreme Court already has guidelines for those who go pro se but the cost, time and extreme inconvenience of those on the receiving end of SC shenanigans is going too far.

  He knew damn well he wanted to have witnesses for his trial. He should have asked on day one about how to go about getting them subpoenaed. He would have been directed to the court rules. No sympathy for these idiots.

  Public defenders wouldn&apos;t file the motions he wanted filed. Public defenders are legally barred from filing frivolous motions, or motions with no legal basis. Or face Rule 11 sanctions, monetary penalties, and disciplinary action that can damage their career, and even disbarment. 🤔

  It&apos;s a fundamental sovcit tactic: Go pro se, wait to the last minute, submit a half-assed irrelevent screed and then plead ignorance because you don&apos;t have a lawyer.

  I saw this guy in previous courtroom videos. He was told multiple times to not represent himself. He is manipulating this judge since she’s new to the case. He realized the hard way that he can’t represent himself, that it’s a lot more work and he’s crying he was in duress. This shouldn’t be allowed if he already went through this with the previous judge.

  Oh my God, what a child. You could hear the relief in his voice when the judge ordered the public defender back to his side, and he sheepishly said, &quot;Ok.&quot; He was too proud to admit to the court he was an idiot for thinking he could wing it pro se, so she had to pry it out of him for 30 minutes. Just like an 8-year-old.
