  HI Davide! A couple of comments if I may. First, old bike or new bike, rest assured that your videos will always be appreciated. The bike is a tool, nothing more. In fact, what struck me the first time I watched your videos was your setup (front loading), it inspired me and I have to admit that my own rig reflects your influence. And of course, I have underscored that many times, your rants delight me, since I find them totally justified and absolutely funny. I can&apos;t wait to see the next video. Safe travels.

  Man back pain is no joke, been going thru that the past 2 years and just coming out the other side now (getting old and running out of spare parts!) . Been going for acupuncture to release the muscles around it and that has helped a lot (and turmeric). But the main help has been my physio....stretching and strengthening my hamstrings and glutes. (PS: taking bee pollen over winter helps with my allergies)

  I have got a Rohloff and I am happy to hear you are learning to enjoy the pinion gearbox, I mean I love it, especially the gear change when stationary, very useful. Had to laugh with the bee story man, wow, I may go looking to piss off some bees to cure my hernia! haha! Great video man, very interesting all round, safe travels!

  I would get foam pad and do some mobility and core exercises on road to prevent issues like back pain. And ofc stretch. Maybe a resistance band too. Heck, maybe do some yoga.
