  I did my first Hyrox in Dec 2023 in Los Angeles at 326 lbs my finsh time was 2 hrs and 53 min. Ill be doing my second in Phoenix hoping to be at 320 lbs and finish under 2.5 hrs. Wish me luck.😊

  Similar to trail running, I was the last male trail runner and fourth last overall at a trail race last weekend, couldn't give two hoots and signed up for more trail races!

  I went to Hyrox London earlier this year and came on the last page of results, but regardless of being pretty slow it was an incredible experience and I've already signed up to my next one. Thanks for all the inspiration, Mark!
