I think the phone is also distracting you from the feelings you don‘t want to feel, but have to feel, even if it‘s super painful.

no because I deleted EVERYTHING but YouTube... I remembered who I was before TikTok etc.... BEST THING EVER. I also feel really smart again, haven't felt that way since before the pandemic even though I never quit studying

Might show this video to my students…the young generation truly needs to realize how much they’ve consumed their lives just staring at their screens. Beautiful and enlightening video!!

An hour spent scrolling is also an hour in which something else didn't happen. That's exactly what I needed to hear. Thank you! 🙏

Almost everyone are so wrong about screen time. Screen time is not important, what is important is what you are doing on screen. I read somewhere that science isn't a boon or bane, its how we humans use it. If you work on screen or read or draw or anything productive, it doesn't matter that maybe 10 yrs of your life is glued to screen. But if you are only scrolling and consuming then its a serious problem. My screentime sometimes go up to 6-7 hrs a day cause I like to learn new skills on yt or read online books that I can't afford offline. So the problem is how you use it.
