  Britt, this was an awesome video on so many levels. Although you have done a prior property tour video of Tambuli before, this video benefits us from your own personal account as a new Tambuli resident. The entire development, from the grounds, landscaping, friendly staff, &nbsp;pools, activities centers, watersport options, gym, beach, on-site restaurants, and of course, your own unit &nbsp;are all captured and presented &nbsp;so well in your video, with great detail. &nbsp;Thank you for bringing it all to us.   What is great about living in Cebu is that you have many options when it comes to condo living. Condo living can be near or along the beach or along the seafront, can be in the mountains or can be in the central business district. And just like Britt, you have the opportunity to live in all of these areas one after another in a year or so without having to travel for hours for life&apos;s convenience like malls, hospitals, bar and dining hot spots, family entertainment, theme parks, international airport, interisland seaport, etc.

  The food in Hojas is expensive. The basically the same prices in the United States.

  Thanks for posting this, I ended up watching a lot of your content out of order but love the journey you are on. This place and the Sheraton are on my short list and we will be doing our first recon trips soon. I’m 52 and hoping to pull the trigger next 1-3 years depending on when our kids are self-sufficient and successfully launch.

  What a beautiful resort with courteous friendly staff, love that its right on the beautiful beach! Pools look awesome too! ❤🏝🏖 Foods a bit expensive but would expect that at the resort.

  You are correct, this is one of the best resorts/ developments I have seen in se asia, including Thailand, Viet nam, etc....really it&apos;s not missing anything and good affordability too.
