Since you guys were debating about lamb and sheep, I will add mutton to the discussion. Lamb is a SHEEP up to 12 months old. A mutton is a SHEEP older than 12 months. Both lamb and mutton are sheep! 😉

This video brings back memories of my travels in Xinjiang 11 years ago—a truly sweet and precious time. It was during that trip I met my husband, and now, we're expecting our first child. Xinjiang is not the most convenient destination for travelers, even for Chinese like me. I miss Xinjiang so badly. I hope you've had great time there.

The security is very strict in that bazaar because in 2009 there was a riot there resulting in hundreds of civilian deaths.

I was also in Urumqi on Semptember 2nd! Xinjiang has a lot of beautiful scenery, and exploring can't be finished in a month😊
