  I eat lungs, kidneys, livers... etc.<br>In fact, the steak &amp; kidney pie and foie gras are two of my favourite dishes.<br>I don&apos;t eat chicken testicles though 😅

  Haha I can tell you with 100% certainty that in the US, we deal with the opposite of what we criticize about China when it comes to national identity. The most recent (of too many) example is a NYC councilwoman telling Hasan Piker to &quot;go back where you came from&quot;. New York is one of the most ethnically and racially diverse cities in the country and probably the world. Now, to be fair, I&apos;d also tell a Jersey boy to go back to NJ, but she was not talking about NJ. Hasan looks white and talks like a high IQ gym bro...<br><br>China is working on a national identity that American liberals criticize as Han-washing or forced integration. Segregationists had the same criticism of civil rights legislation but that&apos;s neither here nor there. On the other hand, the US defaults its national identity to White with appropriated Black (jazz, rock, etc.). People from the other races are assumed to be foreign and therefore inferior. Been here since I was 6 and I still get compliments on my English.
