Honorable mention, in 2006-2007, Marty Turco had 3 shutouts in one series. Stars still lost 4-3

Not a bad list, honestly. As a leafs fan I would have to say the general consensus is that the 2021 choke was worse than 2013. The leafs only got into the playoffs that year because of the shortened season and were NOT a contending team by any sense of the word. The fact they pushed the president's trophy winners to 7 after being down 3-1 is a miracle in itself. It hurts because it genuinely was so in-the-bag and they somehow fumbled it, but it pales in comparison to 2021. Our best statistical season in GENERATIONS, the strongest center depth in the entire league, top 5 offense, Campbell was on fire, and they threw it all away. The amount of times we had the chance to move on and squandered it beats game 7 2013 by many instances. That was franchise-defining. I don't think they would've had such a strong 2022 season had they not been through that first.

Good video. Blues fan here, I'd almost call that a reverse choke if there's such a thing. Once the Jets took it to OT with the tying goal in the dying seconds of the game I knew it was over. Still crazy to think we almost beat the President's Trophy winners in the opening round, and by god Hellesuck had more holes in his goaltending game during that round than a slice of Swiss cheese.

the thing with with the 2013 choke for the leafs. there should of been a bench minor at the beginning of OT because brad marchand threw a water bottle on the ice.

A few big ones in the 90s . The greatest and biggest NHL upset ever is the 1982 LA Kings over the Edmonton Oilers . 48 point difference in standings . LA was well below .500 and a minus in goals for . LA was down 5-0 in one of the games and stormed back in 3rd period and won in OT and won the series in the end .
