  This is about growing cities. I’m trying get out of these places. I live in Arlington. I’ve had enough of the traffic, homelessness, crowding and high taxes. I’m moving to the country

  Celina is known as a bedroom community. &nbsp;The city is actually collapsing within itself. &nbsp;There’s no corporations emerging within the city limits, so the community will be waiting another 10 years for the infrastructure to build up to help sustain the community. &nbsp;Home prices will continue to drop and the average price for a home to sell is 61 days. &nbsp;Also, another 4,000 homes are planing to be built in Celina. Don’t move there, because you’ll be upside down on your mortgage.

  These suburbs are great if you are retired or working remotely. The price you pay for daily commute including time is outrageous!

  On an iPad that isn’t mine. I’m Minister Deborah Williamson. This was a super helpful video for learning about living in Texas, near but outside of Dallas. HOWEVER, a place is safe until just one monster shows up along those trails, like in Frisco. It is naive to assume that while being surrounded by strangers, including delivery people, repairmen, utility workers, garbage collectors, Uber drivers, the people who visit your neighbors, and the potential monsters who live in your neighborhood who look normal, smile in your face, and blend into society. The God of Heaven is who can keep us safe with absolute certainty!!! Anything less than Him (God) is just a false sense of security.

Good to know the updates and developments of housing in the new Neighbour hoods in and around Dallas area through your channel. &nbsp;Lot of news about 50 % crash of new homes in some Dallas suburbs not sure how far it is true, you know better.   I am 61. I grew up in Dallas &amp; could not wait to leave it! I would never live buy a house there again! We moved to Wood County about 10 years ago &amp; I commute in to the DFW airport area now.
