  Sitting here in Ireland watching your excellent videos and wondering what I would have for breakfast….. now I know…an omelette with white fish and garlic shrimp. I would never have thought of that before but your oyster emelette has inspired me . Thank you!

  I watch all your vids and enjoy learning about food in different places in China. &nbsp;But I especially like when you give us a a peek at Rong enjoying some local delicacies. &nbsp;She is lovely.
