  The vaginal steaming method is very popular here in Czechia, almost every hospital is offering it during birth as a relaxation method. You put herbs like rapsberyy leaf and lavender or rosehip in the hot water and it is very pleasant. Will it induce labor? No, bur it prepares the vaginal opening and the whole area, it softens the tissue and feels very relaxing. I Did it with my first, doing it now with my second and highly recommend giving it a chance :)

  I had foley and pitocin but i wasn’t really asked my opinion so didn’t know there was so many other ways to induce

  So glad that you are not hyping up Castor oil! 😅 I work at a pharmacy and I get the impression that many pregnant people underestimate the negative effects because it&apos;s a &quot;natural method&quot;! Nature has some wild stuff, you gotta be careful 😅😂

  Walking and movement clearly did not work for me. I had prodromal labor, was working in a restaurant on my feet, was walking in the morning before work. My midwives told me to “stop walking that I was just making it worse.” 🥴😭😅

  I had an induction at 41 weeks with my first child. They started me on cytotec then moved to cervidil the next day. The cervidil caused a constant burning sensation, so you&apos;re definitely right that it can be irritating. Wasn&apos;t unbearable but definitely uncomfortable. Luckily my water broke and contractions picked up after the first dose and baby was born later that night.

  I had miso to deliver my stillborn, while that was unbelievably sad, I had miso vaginally for my induction and it worked great with my body. No pain medication either. The induction itself went as good as it possibly could given the circumstances. Thank gosh for such loving and caring nurses ❤️

  Got down with my man at 38 weeks, baby was out the same day 6 hours later! Idk if it was a coincidence but I feel like it definitely helped😂
