In hindsight, the meme translation "Malevolent Kitchen" ended up being a spoiler because it absolutely was a Malevolent Kitchen

Small thing I want to point out, Dagons domain wasn’t a “domain expansion” until he used it against naobito and the gang. What we see him do before that is expanding his innate domain without a cursed technique imbued into it. He did the same thing as the finger bearer in the detention centre just to a more refined level but fundamentally the same.

24:57 the difference between them is that Gojo is fundamentally losing his humanity, whereas Mahito was so human it became difficult for us to realize HOW human his actions were.
Gojo was becoming eldritch and unknowable. Mahito became all too familiar.

Gojo's domain is litterally stated by himself as, "When given everything, you can't do anything." And we see this exact thing playout in the premature death arc when he isn't able to save Geto, or the star plasma vessel even when hes praised as being the strongest and blessed with everything a sorcerer could ever need.

Might be reading into it too much but I find it an interesting detail that Gojo, who's character is so closely tied with the idea of loneliness doesn't even join his hands together for his domain expansion like all the other characters do, instead using just one hand by itself.

I always thought Self Embodiment Of Perfection was based off of Buddha. Specifically reminds me of when Buddha challenged Sun Wukong to jump out of his palm, just to reveal its impossible since he is one with the universe. Its like how you can't really "leave Mahito's hand" when you're in his domain since he is, in a more literal way, one with his domain.

I had come to a similar conclusion about Jogo's domain and now I think of it as "coffin of the hill I'll die on"
