  I quite dislike when people say that someone would never take their own lives. Many people who have seemed happy all their lives have taken their own lives. Anything is possible.

  My 35 yo son has been missing since Nov. 18, 2019. He has had schizophrenia for 10 years. How much does law enforcement value people with mental illness where I live? Joshua has been missing 4 months now, and so far no one has been interviewed, police first went to his apartment in January, they still haven't reconstructed his last day, and there are (big surprise!) no leads. If Emma can't be found after 4 yrs with dozens of podcasts, articles, and shows like this with millions of views, I'd better face up to never seeing my son again. Joshua Matthew Stewart, my baby and the most talented potter I've ever known: I love and miss him.💔

  So the guy that admits to stalking her and the guy that used her credit card are cleared just because they passed a polygraph test? I'd be looking a little harder at both of them.

  I can’t stand it when families say “they would never do that, they had so much to live for” sometimes when people are in their darkest days, they’re not running to share it.. even with people they trust and love. Depression can strike anybody, regardless of things that would make them happy. All possibilities should always be looked at even if the family says it’s unlikely.

  These experts are brilliant. They immediately narrowed the options down to her either being alive or dead, and that either someone else was involved or she left of her own volition. They're gonna find her in no time.

  Polygraphs aren't used in court because they are unreliable. So to clear these people's names just because they passed a polygraph test is ludicrous

  Just because she appeared to be unstable, doesn’t mean she wasn’t being stalked. Many victims of stalking become destabilized; that is often one of the stalker’s motivations for what they do.

  Her mother might not “ever” believe she killed her self but her mother didn’t know her daughter was living in shelters either

  Mother says that Emma would never take her own life but admits that she never really knew her daughter until she read her journal entries.

  Nothing makes life harder then when the people who are supposed to be your Safetynet are the same people who are causing you pain.

  She sounds like a true empath, absorbing everyone's darkness while they were drawn to and absorbing her light.  I hope she's found some peace.

  Keep looking amongst the homeless. I have a daughter who prefers the homeless life. She's intelligent and suffers from schizophrenia.
