  How many horrid criminals got nervous and sweaty when DNA technology started solving decades old crimes. No one was even dreaming of this in the 80s. Sci-fi,  futuristic.  What a wonderful thing.

  How does a person so heartless not have a criminal record. These two were his only victims? That's the most frightening thing of all, the most ordinary people are capable of the most heinous of crimes

  My Mom was murdered. It's a cold case.  My heart goes out to the two brothers.  There's no such thing as closure but justice is important.

  I love hearing about crimes solved w Genetic Genealogy!  If I were a young person, I’d want to go into this field for sure! Let ALL crimes be solved!

  That photo of the killer when he is young is so disturbing. He looks as light hearted and innocent as the victim's photos.  As if he's just a happy person with no darkness instead of a cold blooded killer. What a waste of their lives.

  I don't know if I could be a homicide detective but those of you who choose this profession, my respect and reverence to you.   Thank you for bringing criminals to justice and closure to loved ones.

  This is the quality of CBC content I grew up with. This is The Fifth Estate ACTUALLY being the fifth estate. You continue to be a beacon of light in a rapidly dimming quality of actual news from our national broadcaster.  And.. kudos to the TPD for bringing closure to the families...

  I'm so happy for you guys.  I have a protective older sister.  She has been a pillar in my 64 years on this earth.  She looms large in my life even today.  Hearing you talk about Erin, my Debbie comes to mind.  I know Erin would be so proud of you three.  Your family is beautiful.  Handsome men.
