  So, for each child she held one arm down with one hand and likely held the legs down with her shin/knee while she used the exercise band like a turniquet and twisted it with the free hand. <br><br>For 10-30 seconds these children struggled in nightmarish fear and pain...their heads feeling like they were going to explode...Unable to inhale as they desperatly needed to...lungs locked into the floor. <br>Their bodies trying to thrash...arms trying to grab their necks...but being held down by their mother. Complete immobilization while in complete terror.<br><br>They were unable to cry or scream for help. <br><br>Then they went unconscious, gurgled and drooled for 3 minutes, died, and twitched. Then she did it again...and again. <br><br>Keep that image in your head when you look at her AND all the women supporting her.

  Poor babies. So heartbreaking the manner of their deaths. I could only imagine how scared they were knowing the last sight they saw was their mom who is supposed to protect them. My heart bleeds for them. So helpless. 😢. May they all Rest In Heaven 🙏🙏🙏

  Take note people! This is a perfect example of a professional and an expert in her field! Confident and precise, no doubt she knows what she’s talking about and exactly who! as she seems to remember like it was yesterday and was extremely prepared and educated in all her subjects and I’m sure she has done many! <br>Facts are Facts and those gruesome facts shouldn’t be ignored or candy coated, the victim wouldn’t want one little detail of their horrible life ending experience as a victim ignored, in life or death! There little short life’s mattered and we’re taken away, Lindsey’s thought process before medication was already thoughts of hurting herself or kids, seeking help knowing she was capable of carrying out her thoughts just like suicidal hotlines and counseling there is no guarantee that person is not going to hurt themselves even after reaching out for help and receiving it!
