Jane had insight into human nature, and she was able to portray her characters as multifaceted personalities. She devloped her characterizations through their inner thoughts and dialogue. She was a literary genius.

I have adored Jane's stories since I was old enough to read them. My grandparents had them all, in a revolving boookcase in the bedroom I used when I went home to stay with them. They were my escape from a life as a foster child, and I could empathise with much of the lives of the heroines .... this programme has been a joy, Thank you.

Jane Austen is my favourite writer I studied it it in a school and I am still reading about her even I read her biography and we visited her beautiful home Chawton -
so lovely to think of her how she lived in her home, if only, she had lived longer, one wonders how many more master pieces she might have written. Jane Austen was an amazing writer with a beautiful mind and imagination, She was ahead of her time, lived loved her innocent ways but unfortunately her health, sickness was catching up, so sad every time I read about it i can't help thinking if only ,,,,........🙏.👍👍👍♥👏👏💯🙏

How wonderful to find this tonight! One of my favorite authors. Austen’s characters are extraordinary and complex. She was a keen observer of human nature!

Spectacular biography on one of my favorite authors of all time. I loved Mansfield Park and have read it several times in my 61 years.

People like lady Jane Austin you wish they lived longer, to enjoy success. It saddens me that she only lived to 41. Rest in peace
