  For &nbsp;any airplane flight no matter how long, &nbsp;I always wear this outfit: black joggers that are one size bigger than I normally wear ( I don&apos;t want any type of binding in the waist or any tummy control), short sleeve t shirt ( crew or round neck- I don&apos;t feel comfortable with v neck) and a lightweight cardigan sweater with pockets ( pockets to hold kleenex, lip balm, and hand sanitizer- which I take out after going thru tsa). Shoes are always my black faux leather sneakers which will be my shoes for the whole trip. I wear compression socks (love Dr. Scholls- the ones Laurie recommends!) on the flight. And that has been my airplane outfit for over 10 years! Blessings!

  I love to wear something with a hood. I can pull it up to block out additional noise and lights, and keeps me a bit warmer on the flight.❤❤🇨🇦

  An aircrew member was so jet-lagged that she accidentally poured tea on me — she even admitted it, and I’m not joking. Thankfully, the tea was only lukewarm (perhaps the water hadn’t fully heated), and luckily, I wasn’t wearing white.<br><br>There have also been times when fellow passengers struggled to retrieve their carry-ons in cramped seating areas, losing their grip and dragging their bags against others. So yeah — definitely avoid wearing white when flying.

  As a travel agent I just love watching your videos. I have a set of clothes that I only wear when travelling. By the way, I just love your travel topics especially as a 50+ lady

  My airplane pants are always black flared yoga pants. &nbsp;They aren’t single use because I’m wearing them home as well. &nbsp;Great for long haul flights.

  Those Amazon cardigans (near the end) are so cute! Now I need one. But seriously, friends eye roll at my personal rule of no white worn on board. They say they’re not sloppy spillers. Well….other people are. I and 2 friends had big mess spilled on us (separate trips) by others, just recently. PSA: People! For the love of all that’s holy, please do not try to juggle 2-3+ bags, shawls, tissues,&amp;an OPEN CUP of liquid while trying to squeeze all in a seat!

  On those floor issues, my most comfortable bottom in a plane is a midi length skirt. Because I sew, right now I am making a two piece navy knit travel dress, the skirt and top can both be worn with other outfits in addition to its function of going from flights to sightseeing to dressy dinners with various accessories. 😊
