We Gen X’ers, truly had the best music. We grew up listening to the very best of the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s music. Reliving it vicariously through your generation, wishing we could go back in time to hear it all again, for the first time.

Lou Gramm was the lead singer at that time. He was a founding member and was with Foreigner for something like 20 years. Unfortunately he had a brain tumor (benign) that affected his voice (both talking and singing), though Foreigner recently brought him back for a recent tour. Lovely reaction Stacey!

Foreigner is one of my favorite bands! This song is so touching and wonderful and raises my soul. "I've Been Waiting For A Girl Like You" is my favorite song of theirs. Stacey, you have discovered one of the best!

I’ve heard this song 37,000,000 times and it never gets old. I wish the end with the choir was 30 minutes longer.

Also, foreigner was a hit machine.

This song was playing when my now wife told me she loved me, months later it was our wedding dance song! 32 years married, 2 lovely daughters 28 and 25, lots of ups and downs and still proud to have her as my wife. All the best from England.
