  It is constant.....fixing fence, wormer, fly spray, vet bills, diesel, feed, water tanks, feed troughs, on and on. Thankfully the beef market is stong. That is another factor.....the market and the reason they are called live "stock"

  Another informative video FTW!! You have an awesome personality and the genuine love you have for being a farmer shows. I want to eventually get back into ranching when I get enough land and you are the type of person to show me how. I’ve been looking for someone like this (where they break down costs and operation) and you do it all beautifully! Thank you again for all the amazing content and my resume is always waiting when you need those few more ranch hands! Lol

  Enjoyed your video Young Man, I had cattle back in the (70’s and 80’s) and sold them because like you said the money wasn’t there. You never mentioned that if one of the mama cows die during the (5) year period that you’ve lost your profit for a few more years.
