  I have the opposite problem with the favorites menu. I often favorite all my spells and end up with a favorites list so long that I have to scroll awhile to find a specific spell.

  The fast travelling one hits. I relied on it too much during my last playthrough. Trekking through the mountains at midnight with the northern lights shining and your follower by your side is half the experience.

  Walking everywhere was a game changer for me. It makes it feel more like an adventure plus you get to trigger some of the more obscure random encounters.

  I have played Skyrim for thousands of hours and I&apos;m still surprised by how many of these I have integrated into my playstyle as well. Which is why I would like to add another tip to the list. Once you feel like your character has achieved everything that matters to them, let them rest. Allow their journey to end. Don&apos;t try to come up with some arbitrary reason for them to keep adventuring and instead find a good place for them to have their &quot;Happy End&quot;. Maybe at home surrounded by their family, in their guild as the new leader or just somewhere high up in the mountains overlooking the world below.

  For a true Skyrim experience pick an alternate start mod and choose an Inn. I don&apos;t know the names of them all so that region or city you start in can be your first hub. Move around that region, only rent a room to skip time (if you rent a room after midnight you get two nights for one price), and don&apos;t fast travel anywhere. I have been doing 2-3 quests before returning to Solitude each night. There you can sell your things, use the forge, make potions etc. You will appreciate selling to vendors because you LIVED those days between restocks. Buy your first home where you start so you feel nostalgic after you venture to the other regions and return home

  One of my favorite playthroughs I ever had was playing as a Khajit hobo. No houses allowed, and you only kept what you could carry on your back. Mix that with survival mode and things really feel like you&apos;re just trying to get by, hitting more than half of the things on this list.
