Hi everyone, thank you for watching. I want to clarify a few things because some comments have gone in directions I didn’t intend.
When I spoke about spiritual warfare in Christian marriages, I was sharing what the Holy Spirit laid on my heart as one factor — not the only reason people get divorced. I should have been clearer. I fully recognize that divorce often happens due to serious issues like infidelity, abuse, abandonment, and other sin. I was not ignoring those things.
My goal was never to oversimplify anyone’s pain. I’m still learning and growing in how I communicate, and I’m open to correction. Thank you to those who watched with grace. My heart is truly to encourage Christian marriages and those who want marriage to stay rooted in Christ.

God bless.

I think a lot of people are idolizing marriage and are avoiding the red flags.

As a Christian, and a divorced woman, I’ll say this. It happens because we don’t do the thing. What thing? The thing that Christianity is all about. Love. The way the Bible defines it, not us. We don’t forgive enough. We’re not kind enough. We’re not patient enough. We just don’t do the thing enough.

The problem is that nowadays everyone is running to the internet rather than running to God. Everyone has an opinion in your marriage except God, we dnt give God the first place. We need to get OFF social media and get on our knees for our marriage, trust he will do it

I can relate to this so much. Within 1 year of my husband and I getting married, my sister passed away, then I found out my husband was secretly dealing with an addiction.
Wow, warfare began. We almost fell apart. But thankfully the Lord called me to get on my knees in prayer and fight for my husband. We will be married next month 7 years and he is sober, now born again, and we have two toddlers with 1 on the way. It was a hard journey but the Lord has taken over our lives and I couldn’t be more thankful for the storms that not only brought us closer to each other, but closer to the Lord.

Well, behind all the cameras are human beings who have to face the reality of the world, the flesh and the devil. Let's continuing praying for God's guidance and love on our marriages.

We use Christianity too loosely. So many ppl claim Christianity but are not following Christ in their hearts. There’s a lot of lukewarm and “cultural” Christians. For example, Eloho. I wouldn’t say she’s a Christian influencer. She married a Muslim so she was already setting herself to be unequally yoked. And she still claims astrology. I believe every situation is different.

As pastor Philip Anthony Mitchell said, the Christian divorce rate and the secular divorce rate is about the same. Where it changes is if the couple regularly attend church. In those cases, the divorce rate is lower. But it may not be because those marriages are happier or healthier. It may be fear of embarrassment or being shamed by the church that's keeping them from divorcing.

It's a cop out to blame the devil. Sometimes it's him but sometimes it's our own pride and hard heartedness. Christians have a guidebook on how to live. So if we can't get marriage right, who else can?

The truth is most Christians don't study their Bible. And many of those who do read their Bible, read it but they don't allow it to change them. Their Christianity is simply a label, a club to belong to, a public performance while their "private face" doesn't change at all

There’s not an attack. A lot of Christians who get married fast either do it out of societal pressure from their church community, don’t want to be sleeping outside of marriage but don’t want to wait, or were focused on a fairytale they had to have but ignored the red flags because “god must’ve sent them to me”. So in other words all of the other common reasons why marriages fail.

Framing it as “spiritual warfare” is the Christian version of removing accountability. It also incentivizes people to ignore their gut feelings of “something is wrong” to continue a relationship that honestly ended a while before (hence the ignoring red flags to end up married in the first place).

Eloho’s ex-husband is Muslim, so I wouldn’t classify it as a Christian marriage

I think people also have this romantic idea about marriage. They have no idea what marriage really is. It’s hard work, constant compromise and learning to love unconditionally. People really think it’s like what you see on social media. It ain’t 😂. We’re also not used to dealing with something that’s hard. We think anything ordained is going to be easy.

People are far too ignorant about spiritual attacks, and Christians have to start doing a better job on how to protect themselves and other Christians. I was raised Catholic and it wasn't until very recently I was taught how many doors I'd left open for satan to attack me from. Nothing short of the grace of God that I've even survived this long.
