  I never went bass fishing before, but I've been subbed to your channel for a while. I bought myself a cheap little baitcaster and went out to a pond this morning and caught my first ever large mouth (17"!) using a Texas rig after learning how by watching your channel. So I just wanted to say thanks and I love your channel!

  Hands down the best tutorial ever about how to use a Texas rig, I’ve used it before and never had any strikes/bites but when i was using it today and actually dragging the worm slowly on the bottom like how you did in the video I actually caught a 6lb bass! Thankyou!!

  I finally realized why I love these videos so much- you get as excited as the 99.9% of all of us out there to get a fish, and flat-out stoked when you find something as big as a three pounder. You can only watch so many dudes with their $50k boats, landing monsters before you lose sight of what made us love pounding the banks as kids. That tick-tick-tick on the end of the line is all that matters.

  I really like that you show every cast damn near even if its not a fish cause it shows how tuff the bite can be even when you use something you know catches fish

  After being away from fishing for 20+ years, I’m slowly getting gear and getting back out there from time to time (work permitting). This rig reminds me of my childhood days. Thank you!

  My 7 yo grandson and I are graduating up to bass fishing from sunfish, worm and bobber fishing. We both watched your video. It was an absolutely perfect instructional video for a short attention span. His too!…Great Job sir!
