My weekly therapy sessions are like islands in a tumultuous sea of anxiety. Your videos are the little rafts that allow me to reach each island without drowning. Thank you.

“We need to accept that we won’t always make the right decisions, that we’ll screw up royally sometimes – understanding that failure is not the opposite of success, it’s part of success.”some of us we see failing as failure. Have a delightful day sharing some positivity to your side

I am 45 years old and wishing I had learned all these skills 20 some years ago. It would have saved me from so much unnecessary pain. This is why, as my children are now 22 and 20, I really try emphasize real skills when battling anxieties and depression. Especially over the past year.

There is so much joy when you realize you are not a prisoner to your brain.

Be kind to yourself. 🙏

Thank you for these videos! I have even sent them to my kids, parents and friends!

Guys, always talk to yourself the same way you would talk to your best friend! Would you say: oh you are so stupid, or would you say You re a failure! NO of course not, so then let me remind you... YOU are YOUR best friend!

Nowadays whenever I look at "happy people" on social media, it gives me a sense of relief to know that I might really have cognitive distortions and that's why my life isn't the way I want it to be. Otherwise, I am fully capable of anything and everything.

Hey, friend. Take this time to relax. Don’t overthink. Even if there is a problem, there is always a solution. Breathe, take care 💕

The unreal-ideal gets me the most. It’s hard being 28 and seeing tons of people you graduated with all married with kids. I’m as single as I was in high school and I always beat myself up for it and think I’m a failure or undesirable. At least now I understand it’s my mind telling me this, not reality.

"Don't believe everything you think." This was the most powerful thing from this video for me, and the little nugget of wisdom I'm most likely to keep in my head. Right next to similar phrases that I fully accept as wise advice, like, don't believe everything you hear, or see, or read....Adding this to the list. Don't believe everything you think. Great stuff.
