  I was a bit shocked when a mechanic took pictures of the entire interior and exterior of my car before I left and emailed pics as the work was being done.  Years later I understand why.

  If you tell someone they shouldn&apos;t drive that vehicle, and they do, you could always call the cops and advise them that someone&apos;s driving a car that&apos;s definitely not street legal anymore.

  Several years ago a fuel attendant at a New Jersey Wawa (regional convenience store) filled a customer&apos;s diesel F-150 with gasoline. The truck didn&apos;t even make it out of the parking lot., Corporate ended up giving him a new truck because it was cheaper than the repair and likely lawsuit.

  I owned a specialist suspension shop. Customer went off at me for finding the top control arm bracket broken off during inspection and saying she cannot drive the car. &quot;I have to go pick up my kids&quot; .... let that sink in... I dropped the car, towed it out into the carpark. Her battery was flat, so she screamed at me to jump start it. I closed my roller door.

  He said “check the oil no matter what it’s in for”… this happens cause a customer that came in for an air pressure check comes back cause their engine blew up at the stop sign… and because you touched it, it’s your fault… that’s how they see it. I’ve worked in a shop where no matter what they come in for, it’s 100% standard to check the air in the tire and the oil level of the engine. inspections most shop do for multiple reasons. One to save their ass and two to look/find other issues to bring to the customer to try and bring in more business

  First video when she says, &quot;Bluetooth Brakes&quot; I about died!!! I don&apos;t know everything about cars (I&apos;m a 48 yo woman) but I helped my dad fix them growing up and I can do general maintenance like oil changes and brakes. Bluetooth Brakes will forever be in my vocabulary from now on! Genius!!!
