Good Information and actually accurate.<br>There are serious problems ahead in America.<br>People have to WORK!<br><br>45 years with CIH and Deere.<br><br>2 years and Retirement.<br><br>This Career has been excellent.<br>NO Flat-Rate.

There isn't a technician shortage. There is a bunch of equipment that is too complicated and takes too long to fix.

What is JD's shop rate now. $150-70 per hour? Us farm boys do what we can ourselves and all have buddies with diesel shops..30-50% cheaper that a JD shop!
