  If the design is revised, I’d consider changing the door so it hinges along the top edge and opens upwards, almost like a large cat flap. With a simple locking support the open door could then act as a built-in canopy, creating a small sheltered porch area outside the trailer for sitting under in light rain.

  When using corrugated roofing sheets, the screws go through the tops of the hills rather than the bottom of the valleys. Water sits in the valleys and will seep through the screw holes. Maybe put a tarp over the top whenever it rains.

  The first three things that come to mind are, 1. Given the amount of trailers that are easily stolen, make sure you have money for a train fare home as you might wake up in a different location from where your car is parked. &nbsp;2. Dress for the weather as condensation and temperature might be an issue. &nbsp;3. &nbsp;Your entrance door opens outwards, so when you are inside if someone closes and locks the trailer tailgate you will be trapped inside. &nbsp;You need to sack your health &amp; safety team. &nbsp;😂

  Nice idea, you could put some Celotex in the floor for insulation and will stop it the floor from flexing. <br>I think I would have made both the windows and doors top hung so the door would act as porch and the window could be open without the rain coming in. <br>Making anything in that heat is quite impressive and I’m pleased to have retired from construction and not had to work this summer.
