  A proper stealth van, just plain old white and park hidden in plain sight. Well worth the effort and for your last spend, a hard hat, reflective vest and a sun newspaper to leave in on the front seat.😊

  I enjoyed your video. For my part, car camping is my thing in the colder months, and my routine about sleeping is to find a nice place (e.g. a layby) and relax, get myself organised, and then, when ready, drive to a populated area (e.g. a housing estate) to park my car amongst other cars just to sleep, my intention is just to blend in, and not to be noticed. I never park anywhere to sleep where I may be the only vehicle, that would mean that anyone nearby would notice me, That&apos;s all I do whilst parked there, I sleep. Once I wake up, I get in the driver&apos;s seat, and drive back to my nice place, to relax, and have breakfast etc, and sort myself, and my day out.

  You did a surprisingly good job with the Lining Carpet. &nbsp;Next time, use a pastry roller, kitchen wooden spoon for the stretching and pushing into corners etc - no need to by tools for that. &nbsp;Pressed on very strongly the carpet gets bonded better. &nbsp;Warm the insulation before fitting, it sticks on better and will be neater, less or no tape needed. &nbsp;BUT do buy a battery drill/screwdriver, screwdrivers ruin you hands and wrists!! &nbsp;Put a vent in your roof that opens and screws down from inside. &nbsp;Make or adapt a folding table at the back door area and get or make a cover to fit someway onto the top of the rear doors. &nbsp;You can cook and eat on the table, fit some swivel wooden locks on the inside sides to transport it. &nbsp;Just use a Jackery or Bluetti power bank for lighting, and whatever. &nbsp;That can be charged from you cigarette lighter socket in the van, or solar 100w flexible panel &nbsp;- Store that under the mattress. &nbsp;Good luck John

  Thank you for the inspiration. I&apos;ve been wanting to do this for a while, and you have shown me that it&apos;s really not that difficult if you just want a basic place to sleep while travelling, as I have a tendency to overthink and overcomplicate things. Best of luck on your journeys!

  Very well done, with or without setbacks. Yet I would&apos;ve utilized the old ply-lining (however tatty) as a cutting &amp; drilling-guide for replacement panels.
