There are three wars in this animation,
1. Sun Wukong and the Bull Demon King attack the heaven together, then they lose, Bull is hurt and Wukong sealed for 500 years.
2. Sun Wukong grabs a banana fan from the Bull Demon King(and his wife) on his way to learn the scriptures.
3. Erlang Shen and the five demons(5 Bosses in the game) work together to eradicate Sun Wukong after learning the scriptures.

This is the best anime and sound track of the whole game.
However, it’s also the hardest to understand what’s really going on for people who never read or known anything about the novel.

These kids are too young to comprehend how deep it is. That feeling of powerless shattered me every time I watch it, as middle aged person this relates so much to the real life, I cried like a bit*ch

 Animation has three timelines:
In the first Heavenly War, Wukong and the Ox King joined forces to challenge the Heaven. In the end, Wukong was sealed by Buddha, and the Ox King fought alone and was eventually defeated (beheading would not kill him), and his tragedy began.
In Journey to the West, the Ox King and his family were imprisoned in the Flame Mountain and arranged to stop Wukong. His first wife, the fox, died in this battle.
In the second Heavenly War, which is the prologue of the game, the Ox King participated in the encirclement and suppression of Wukong , and Wukong eventually died at the hands of Erlang Shen.

The beginning fight was a story told by the old monkey, which is not true, this is how WuKong really die.

The monkey was putting on a show for the Heavenly Court, while simultaneously reminding the Bull Demon King of their status as demons.
