  Please pray for me. I’m starting the process to become Catholic. I didn’t know all the details of this, I’ve been divorced and now I’ve been dating someone for a few years. I haven’t been through an annulment and through this video and my own research, I just realized I’m essentially committing adultery until I get everything fixed. I love my girlfriend but I love God more and I realized just now I’m going to have to break up with her until I get an annulment. Both my parents died when I was young and I don’t really have family. She’s been the only thing in my life that feels like family but I’m willing to give up my life and my desires to follow God. Please pray for me.

  You don't know how much I needed this.  I was thinking of forming a divorce support group in my parrish, but since this is already started, I'm going to look into how to get involved and help my diocese and Catholic brothers and sisters.  Praise GOD.

  Chris, thank you for this interview. I’m going through a divorce and will pursue annulment as well. I’m so blessed to have a priest with a therapy background to accompany me. I fully relate to her story. As hard as it is, God is granting me grace and peace. Looking back, I wouldn’t trade the experience because I’ve grown so much closer to the Lord. Truly, our vocation brings us to Jesus, it is the road to our salvation, even if it is later called invalid.

  I so relate to what you’re sharing.  God has taught me also through divorce many powerful lessons and built my character.  God is so good.  Suffering is a powerful treasure.  Momma Mary wraps us in her Mantle of healing love and protection.  ❤🙏🙏🙏 Thank you for your powerful and painful sharing.

  I actually don’t believe in divorce, but when I found out my husband for 25 years was having three affair, I left overnight and was granted an annulment. This was four years ago and I’ve been working on myself. Moving forward. Society absolutely needs holy men to guide their families. I haven’t spoken to my daughter in four years. <br><br>I do pray for my former husband and daughter to this day. I have compassion for their lost souls. This is a spiritual battle, as well as a natural one.<br><br>Through the grace and mercy of God, I now help others through the process.<br><br>I 100 percent agree with this!

  I got divorced 20 years ago and it shook my faith so bad I ended up leaving the church. &nbsp;Now 20 years later I’m trying to get back in the church and the annulment process has been long and it’s very painful not to be able to receive holy communion. &nbsp;I’m just offering the painful process up as penance and praying everyday it will end soon!

  Thanks for having this conversation and bringing in a guest who has gone through divorce. I have been widowed and divorced. Both are very painful. I have yet to meet anyone who has gone through both of these heartaches. Plus, I suffered physical abuse as a child. So I have a lot to work through. I am very grateful for those who try to walk with me. That helps a great deal. I hope I can help others who have gone through these two forms of suffering. God bless you and your ministry!

  I was just considering divorce Chris. Have said the word many times. The next day I see the title of your episode. I feel like this was a sign from God. Although, I’m not going through the process, I feel like I related a lot about the other things that were mentioned regarding deception and lies. <br>I listen to your podcast weekly. It helps me so much. God bless you for doing Gods work. I ask that people pray for my marriage.
