  in the extended look, there are two people fist-fighting on the street and in the foreground you can see a woman filming them so I do think that people can film you when performing crimes.

  I think it would be absolutely nuts, if we had the option to play as story side characters or as NPCs.. or better yet - have the option to recruit gang members to be your protection. San Andreas, and Bully are the two only rockstar games that gave us that option
