  I've submitted my own fair few videos to the Met Police. Recently their stock email sent in response to any submission started to include the line " Do not seek to actively confront, reprimand or engage with drivers/riders in any way. If your conduct is deemed to be aggressive, unacceptable or does not conform to the Met Police values, cases will not be proceeded with.". I wonder if Mikey is responsible for that one?

  With the greatest amount of respect to him, I think he has a trauma response to his dad dying on a motorcycle. It really comes across that he is projecting that hurt and grief onto the motorists he catches. You can hear the anger in his voice. I genuinely think he needs to seek help from a grief counsellor to unpick his relationship with drivers and road safety. Just my two pence

  Here in Germany we have a rule in our traffic code that states that you are not supposed to CAUSE a COLLISION on purpose! So in this case as seen in the clip he&apos;d be just as guilty as the car driver just driving the wrong way and driving into the bike. Both would be penalized. And rightfully so..... because you NEVER know how the other person will react. This could easily end in a fatality...... but as some commenters already mentioned this is not on Mikey&apos;s mind..... he&apos;s just there to generate clicks. And his flock will gladly click and tell all others off.<br>One of those days he WILL get himsel for someone else killed through his actions. It is no question of IF it will happen, only WHEN.

  my opinion, for what it&apos;s worth is: 2 wrongs don&apos;t make a right. Yes calling attention to problematic situations is good, but being an a* is not the right way to go about it.

  I believe he enjoys the adrenaline rush from confrontation. <br><br>Mikey&apos;s the type to stand next to temporary traffic lights that are stuck on red and stop people.

  As a lawyer explained to me once ..’in legal terms’ the court is extremely jealous of their authority, and any member of the public taking the law into their own hands will be dealt with extremely severely. <br>In other words unless you are actually a police officer trying to force others to obey things like traffic rules and laws can land you in court facing heavy penalties.

  In one of Mikeys recent videos he says something along the lines of &apos;do you not know who i am, do you not recognize my voice&apos; which sums up Mikey as a whole, hes so arrogant and full of himself that he believes hes a know celebrity or something similar. <br><br>Its simple, like ashley and many others have said. just record and report rather than act in the way he does.

  I think they should both be prosecuted, and I think Mikey needs an ASBO/PSPO to prohibit him from interfering with traffic other than in the normal progress on the road.

  Remembered to go through these roadworks tonight, it&apos;s still the same setup. As expected there were road closed signs at the last side road before them, which would have added a few minutes to their journey depending on time of day, as they would have had to go right then a left so would put them someway down the queue for the roadwork lights to get them back to the same place.

  I think there&apos;s something important that most people, including Ashley here have missed, Mikey doesn&apos;t look right before moving in front of the car. He&apos;s waiting for the car to move and then just goes into the road. That&apos;s a cycle lane he crosses initally, and if you look in the background just before he walks out there is a cyclist going ahead. If that cyclist had turned left into that road, there may have been an even more dangerous collision, one that could have caused that other cyclist to swerve around MIkey and into the path of the oncoming car.<br><br>I&apos;ve said this since i first saw his Gandalf corner videos, he&apos;s not interested in road safety, he&apos;s interested in telling off motorists for doing something they shouldn&apos;t just to make a video about it and to feel superior.

  Another problem is the &quot;follow the leader&quot; mentality of many drivers as is witnessed here in the absurd comment of the second cars driver. &nbsp;I was taught many years ago never follow the car aheads tail lights in the fog as they could drive off a cliff. She nearly did in almost hitting him after the incident <i>&quot;It wasn&apos;t me that done that&quot;</i>
