  I loved Cartagena, (Cart-a- hay-na). I thought it was beautiful. I sat and enjoyed a cigar while just soaking it all in. I was solo, I got lost, (I have a a cognitive impairment that sometimes causes forgetfulness and disorientation), and accidentally came across an ancient coliseum. But I was prepared with a map downloaded to my phone, and it got me back.

  Hahaha. I had to laugh about u dropping ur medallion through the hole on the lift (elevator in America). When I was 16 me, my cousin and my best friend went to Myrtle Beach in SC to a nursing conference with my mom. She was at the conference and we were going to go out to eat. When we got on the elevator I dropped the keys (the only keys) down that hole. We freaked out. Didn&apos;t know what we were going to do. That&apos;s when we found out that they could stop the elevator on a higher floor and go through the basement to get the keys. We didn&apos;t tell my mom about it for years....lol.

  Hi Ben and David – I cannot believe it I’ve had my medication already and your notification bell flashed up so I can watch your Vlog/video video straight away – I’m just saying hello now in case I don’t get a chance later if one of the carers or nurses comes in – as you know I love my Sunday nights because you can always make me smile and feel better – I hope you had a good week – I’m not too bad just my multiple Sclerosis has flared up so I’m seeing the doctor tomorrow – I’m going to start watching your Vlog/video.   I find the lack of veggie options really frustrating- I recently sailed with NCL and quite often there would be no veggie options on their entire dinner menu. They said they could make adjustments to the meat options but most of the time all they could do was give me a plate of veggies with some fruit for pudding. It was very disappointing especially as we were in the haven. My mum pointed out that lots of meat eaters like to eat veggie every now and again too, so it makes no sense not to provide a veggie choice!!
