YES, BRIGGS. The friendly wave of strangers driving past each other is absolutely a sign of a good small town. Hearing, 'Yes, ma'am' from teenagers as you thank them for holding the door open for you is another awesome sign. 😊

I love Montana. They have a lot of small towns; the town I live in only has 207 people in it.

I lived about 50 miles from Lindsborg. It is a great little town -- Salina, Kansas has about anything you would ever need and is about 30 minutes away. The Smokey Hills and Flint Hills are nearby as well as some nice lakes.

We moved to a small town in Kansas and we love it. We're very grateful that we could retire in a friendly and safe place that is affordable on our limited budget and yet has all the essentials. Truly blessed.
