  thank you.. for not being ungrateful as a youtuber, for not being jaded, for reinventing yourself rather than getting bored, for going on actual adventures and documenting them rather than just going out to the bush to make a video, for putting yourself in situations where you're experiencing actual wonder and excitement and sharing that, rather than just going through the motions. so many other outdoor youtubers have fallen to the things mentioned above but you continue to keep it fresh. wishing you continued success.

  Small tip if you are running out of food: in the 50's the US army did some studies on nutrition. If you eat 1500 calories a day, you will slowly decline in metabolic health. If you eat nothing on one day, and 3000 calories the next day, you will last much longer and generally fare better across all metrics measured. This applies even if you are exercising strenuously.

  It is crazy to think back to when I first found your videos in 2020 and then compare them to now. Your videos are so polished and professional now, crazy growth in your videographer and editing skills. I do kind of miss those old video feels but that's probably just the nostalgia talking.

  Just a tip. When kayaking everytime you went over a wave, you lifted your hands like you're on a roller coaster. Lol don't do that dig the paddle into the wave and lean on the paddle it will 99% of the time stop you from flipping.

  The white fruit they ate is likely the White Murtilla (Ugni molinae, white-fruited variant). Although the murta or murtilla usually has red or purple fruits, there are white-fruited varieties that are just as sweet and aromatic in Patagonia.
