  Hawaiian here...u should try to walk the reef on low tide at night. Forage the tide pools, you might find lobsters and crab. High chance of catching fish sleeping. In hawaii we call it torching. Hawaiians used fire torches for light. Nowadays we have flashlights and headlamps. Easy food. Take care camp during the day and rest so you can hunt at night while it&apos;s cool. Gamechanger for sure

  Filipino here! We usually avoid drinking too much Coconut water from green coconuts as it is known to cause gastrointestinal issues in increased quantities as green coconut water can be a diuretic and a laxative. Also, drinking coconut water without food can give you diarrhea and make you- like in <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UXjqhRkCmcs&amp;t=1800">30:00</a>, salivate and make you feel nauseated.

  Quite the progression. He started with one- to two-night stays in snowy Canadian forests, sleeping under tarps and eating too much food, to surviving on an island like Castaway.
