Translation - Lyrics of Nahi Chahiye Rang Mahal
No palace of hues, nor wealth's bright gleam,
From you, O Master, contentment we dream.
May joy in each home forever reside,
In verdant abundance, let happiness glide.
No palace of hues, nor wealth's bright gleam,
From you, O Master, contentment we dream.

You gave us birth, you are our sustainer,
By your grace, may our world become vainer.
You gave us birth, you are our sustainer,
By your grace, may our world become vainer.
No diamonds desired, nor pearls in a row,
From you, O Master, contentment we know.

If sorrow you send, in place of all ease,
Then strength to endure, we beg on our knees.
If sorrow you send, in place of all ease,
Then strength to endure, we beg on our knees.
May we never reach out, with hand in despair,
But reap from our labor, the fruits we can share.
From you, O Master, contentment we claim,
May joy in each home forever remain,
In verdant abundance, let happiness glide.
No palace of hues, nor wealth's bright gleam,
From you, O Master, contentment we dream.

Courtesy: HindiGeetMala.net
❤❤❤
