Incase you didn’t know, him cutting her wings off was suppose to symbolize rape. This was confirmed by Angelina Jolie

Maleficent is my favorite Disney movie!! An actual good live action since it isn’t a remake, an original told story.

he took her innocence when he cut her wings off implying what happens to a female when a man does that. and then he stayed there waiting to hear her scream ☹️

The movie maleficent is meant to be what the true story of sleeping beauty was before it was twisted into maleficent being the &apos;villain&apos;<br>i recommend you watch the second maleficent movie to understand more

Fun Fact: Young Aurora is the daughter of Angelia Jolie (who plays Maleficent) because every child actor they had before was completely afraid of maleficent and he makeup and the only person that wasn’t was her own daughter so they ended up casting her. ❤😂❤😂

Maleficent decided on the &quot;on her 16th birthday, true love&apos;s kiss&quot; part because Stefan gave her on HER 16th birthday with a kiss and said it was true love. So she doesn&apos;t believe in it anymore hence why she said that. Also, this and Cinderella are my fav remakes! ❤️

Stefan was the one who told her it was true love&apos;s kiss at he start, so obviously she wouldn&apos;t believe in it after.
