My physical therapist was just showing me how exercise affects our brains the other day. And now this video pops up in my feed. Intentional living is very important. Thank you for sharing with us!

It’s because Big food companies and and big pharma and the medical profession don’t want people to have a good diet… they would not need them… over 35 years ago I took personal responsibility and cut out junk and sugar… i will be 78 this year and I am not on any medication… I exercise and do all the things you both recommended… life is good .. because I don’t need the professionals to stay healthy…

Just bought the book!! Thanks so much for the great info. I’m relieved to know that I don’t necessarily have to follow my mother into Alzheimer’s.

Drugs DON’T TAKE DRUGS!
It’s no surprise how long term Rx usage leads to dementia and Alzheimers brain damage.

Thank you, gentlemen, for sharing your valuable time and wisdom.

The choices we make each day play a powerful role in shaping the quality of our health and well-being. As you both highlighted, many components contribute to a healthy brain and body. Every suggestion shared in this conversation is a reminder that our daily habits matter.

Equally important is the company we keep. The people we spend time with influence our hearts and minds more than we sometimes realize. When negativity surrounds us, its effects can become noticeable surprisingly quickly.

Caring for the brain, body, and heart involves being intentional about our environment, including our circle of friends.

The path to health and happiness becomes clearer when we surround ourselves with people who understand encouragement, boundaries, and purpose.

In the end, we must remember that we are the drivers of our own lives, and the choices we make each day help shape the road ahead.

Proverbs 27:17
As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.

My mom has Alzheimer’s. She did “everything right” - except she ate a lot of sugar.
