Here are the three main reasons for hair loss and natural solutions discussed:<br><br>• Weak Digestion (<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_KfSViSRavQ&t=252">4:12</a>):<br>• Reason: Poor digestion prevents the absorption of essential micronutrients (like protein, calcium, iron, zinc) needed for hair growth (<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_KfSViSRavQ&t=443">7:23</a>-<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_KfSViSRavQ&t=450">7:30</a>). Symptoms include bloating, gas, heartburn, constipation, and fatigue after eating (<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_KfSViSRavQ&t=278">4:38</a>-<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_KfSViSRavQ&t=290">4:50</a>). Undigested food ferments, creating toxins that can congest the liver, which is crucial for hair health (<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_KfSViSRavQ&t=372">6:12</a>-<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_KfSViSRavQ&t=404">6:44</a>).<br>• Solution: Drink warm or hot water to help clear out digestive toxins and improve nutrient flow to the scalp (<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_KfSViSRavQ&t=1142">19:02</a>-<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_KfSViSRavQ&t=1166">19:26</a>).<br><br>• Undereating or Overeating (<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_KfSViSRavQ&t=541">9:01</a>):<br>• Reason: Both extremes can negatively impact hair health. Undereating, often due to dieting, deprives hair of necessary nutrients (<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_KfSViSRavQ&t=570">9:30</a>-<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_KfSViSRavQ&t=583">9:43</a>). Overeating clogs digestive channels with toxins, preventing nutrient flow (<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_KfSViSRavQ&t=714">11:54</a>-<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_KfSViSRavQ&t=742">12:22</a>).<br>• Solution: Aim for nutrient-dense meals at regular intervals, ensuring adequate protein intake (<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_KfSViSRavQ&t=1248">20:48</a>-<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_KfSViSRavQ&t=1266">21:06</a>).<br><br>• Lack of Protein and Iron (<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_KfSViSRavQ&t=865">14:25</a>):<br>• Reason: Hair is primarily made of protein, and iron is crucial for its growth (<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_KfSViSRavQ&t=885">14:45</a>-<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_KfSViSRavQ&t=890">14:50</a>, <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_KfSViSRavQ&t=1057">17:37</a>-<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_KfSViSRavQ&t=1060">17:40</a>). Many women, even those eating healthily, may not be absorbing enough due to weak digestion or insufficient intake (<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_KfSViSRavQ&t=436">7:16</a>-<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_KfSViSRavQ&t=460">7:40</a>, <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_KfSViSRavQ&t=900">15:00</a>-<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_KfSViSRavQ&t=905">15:05</a>).<br>• Solution: Incorporate protein sources into every meal (<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_KfSViSRavQ&t=910">15:10</a>-<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_KfSViSRavQ&t=917">15:17</a>) and include iron-rich foods (<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_KfSViSRavQ&t=1065">17:45</a>-<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_KfSViSRavQ&t=1069">17:49</a>). Specific foods recommended are yams/sweet potatoes (<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_KfSViSRavQ&t=1277">21:17</a>), ghee (<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_KfSViSRavQ&t=1300">21:40</a>), and pumpkin seeds (<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_KfSViSRavQ&t=1341">22:21</a>). Hibiscus tea is also suggested as a beneficial herb (<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_KfSViSRavQ&t=1406">23:26</a>).<br><br>Finally, Jennifer stresses the importance of scalp massage daily to improve circulation and create a healthier environment for hair growth (<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_KfSViSRavQ&t=1483">24:43</a>-<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_KfSViSRavQ&t=1512">25:12</a>). She encourages viewers to find more information in her Ayurvedic guide for healthy hair (<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_KfSViSRavQ&t=1433">23:53</a>-<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_KfSViSRavQ&t=1447">24:07</a>).

I think it’s also important to note that hair loss doesn’t just happen because you’re stressed, not sleeping or eating well, remember these symptoms show up after some time, this is not something that has just happened, it could be over a period of time, perhaps you suffered grief, or bad health, surgery anything that has a trauma response. It could have been something that possibly happened months before! <br>Same with healing, you maybe it see any immediate changes straight away or improvements, because everything takes time for our body to adjust or change itself.<br>it’s also important to take note that patience is required. Hope this makes sense! <br>As above so below’ <br>Hope whoever is experiencing such symptoms and pain, I wish you all well on your journey. ❤ blessings to you all

Menopause can be straight-up exhausting - it’s been hitting me for three years. I’ve tried tons of stuff to ease the symptoms and help with hair loss, but methylene drops helped me the most. I didn’t even know what they were until I randomly came across The Jewel in the Blue Drop by Alven Morien. The book has tons of useful health protocols, but the one for hair and hormonal balance blew me away. My hair is growing like crazy, and I don’t get hot flashes at all anymore. Seriously, ladies, try it - it works.

My already thin, fine hair was becoming patchy after early menopause at 40. It was finally discovered I was not processing B12. I supplement with injections and sublingual. I also suffered from bouts of Lyme disease and was treated with antibiotics often two or even four five times a year. My digestion was not the best. Last year, I found a couple who make water kefir (good for digestion). I drank it daily for about a year and my hair is transformed. Much fuller and thicker and growing longer. So I agree digestion for me was connected to health of hair.

We also need to eat enough Vitamin C, as it helps build collagen. Also spirulina is containing something called phycyanine that reduces oxidative stress on hair follicles . Spirulina also contains all amino acids, zinc, iron, B vitamins and fatty acids.

3 tips for healthier hair:<br><br>1. Stop drinking cold water and start drinking warm water (hot, not to burn tongue) <br>2. Protein with every meal - <br> Foods to eat for hair loss - sweet potato/yam, ghee, green pumpkin seeds (1/4 cup per day) full of zinc, iron and protein grind them up in a spice grinder and stir into soups or smoothies or sprinkle powder on foods or roast them 5-7 minutes at 350 degrees, dried hibiscus petals - make tea, one teaspoon per 2 cups of water, let steep for 10 minutes and strain <br>3. Massage hair and scalp every day

Jennifer , you are right on about so many things! I love your calm, reassured manner. I started micro-trimming my hair two years ago, every month with the moon. I also use a strong tea made with rosemary, oregano, horsetail and other herbs plus coffee, as a ''hair dye'' and scalp rejuvenator. Washing the hair with cool water. Vinegar to rinse off residues. No harsh chem shampoos etc. Clean eating :) No special supplements. My hair is growing thicker, longer and more beautiful.
